Rental Rates

All of our guests receive a welcome hamper on their arrival which is included in the rates below

Prices quoted in £ are per week & inclusive of all taxes.
Prices quoted in $ are per night and are + taxes

Pool & Spa heating is charged at an additional £100/ $175 per week (recommended Oct – April)
Daily & long stay rates are available upon request. Minimum 4 night stay (although stays less than 1 week may incur additional cleaning costs).
Cleaning during your stay is also available please ask for costs & detail

Rates
Our management company who look after our villa only take on luxury villas which meet their top furnishing packages. A representative will meet you at the villa on arrival to answer any questions you may have and to ensure you can settle into the villa as quickly as possible so you can start to enjoy your vacation. They are also on hand during your stay should an emergency arise.

Consider what the cost would be to hire 5 rooms in a 5* hotel, and you will find our villa is excellent value for money with our low season rates equating to £8.20 per person per night.
Then add on the benefits of having your own private, pool, spa and games room all to yourself, not forgetting your free phone calls, and laundry facilities. There is no contest to ensuring you have everything you could wish for during your vacation.
